Q: Can I get the blanky delivered directly to a recipient?  Yes, just specify their details in the ‘Shipping Address’ section when you checkout.

Q: Do you offer gift wrap?  Yes, we can gift wrap and include a complimentary gift card. We also offer giftboxing. If you would like either one, simply select it in the product page, before ‘adding to cart’.


Q: How can I become a GOLD Member?  Very simple, once you make your first Blanky purchase, you will automatically become a GOLD Member. As a Gold Member, you will receive your personal Promo Code, which will give you 10% discount on all your future purchases including SALE ITEMS.

Q: How will I know my 10% promo code?  After you make your first Blanky purchase, we will send you an official GOLD Member notification, which will include your own promo code that you need to use for all our future purchases in order to receive your GOLD Member discount.


If you are not 100% happy with the blanky or any other product that you purchased from us, simply return it within 30 days and we WILL refund you 100% of your purchase price. The merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges). 

Sales become final 30 days after the order is delivered to recipient. If your blanky is not what you ordered, please let us know and we will do everything to make it right!


Q: Do you have Lay-by?  Yes, Blanky4me provides you with a hassle free and simple lay-by service which enables you to plan ahead, budget yourself and lay-by your order now with:





 How to Lay-by:

  1. Select product/s you would like to lay-by and add it to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and select 'Lay-by' as your method of payment.
  3. We will receive your order and email you your Lay-by Statement. How and when to start paying: Once you receive your first ‘Lay-By Statement’, you then have two weeks (14 days) to make your first payment, whatever amount you choose. Please read the ‘Notes to Consider’ below.

 Notes to Consider:

    • There is no minimum deposit required to secure your order.
    • Lay-By period is for three months (13 weeks) from the day you receive your first ‘Lay-by Statement’.
    • Fortnightly payments are required. As little or as large as your budget allows you to.
    • Lay-bys can be paid out at any time within the 13 weeks period.
    • Once the total amount is fully paid (including postage), production will commence on your order immediately and it will be delivered within our normal 7-10 days time frame.
    • You can add more items to your order during the specified Lay-by period and it will appear in your next ‘Lay-by Statement’ with the balance adjusted accordingly.
    • If you are unable to finalize your Lay-by by the end of the agreed 13 weeks, you must contact us before the Lay-by expiry date and let us know, so we can extend it for up to two weeks if necessary.
    • If after 13 weeks your Lay-by is not finalised and we don’t receive any communication from you, your Lay-by order will be cancelled and we will refund you the payments you have made towards your order, less 10% of your total order amount (excluding postage) to cover our administration costs.
    • If you choose to cancel your lay-by at any time, 10% of your total order amount (excluding postage) will be kept to cover our administration costs.


Q: I want a blanky that’s a little different, can you make it?  Yes, please contact us with what you would like and we will do our best to create your vision.

Q: Can I order more than one blanky with one transaction?  Yes, once you finalize your first blanky order, you can then ‘Add To Cart’. Then you return to the ‘Products’ page and repeat the same. You can order as many different types or the same blankys as you wish. When you finish, you can go to ‘Checkout’ and all your added blankys in your cart will be together with the total cost calculated for you.

Q: Can I send blankys to different addresses with the same transaction?  Please note that only one delivery address can be given for delivery. If you need to send to multiple delivery addresses then you need to do a separate checkout for each delivery address.


Q: How do I pay for my order?  Payment can be made safe and secure through credit card or PayPal.

Q: Can I pay by EFT (Direct Deposit) for my order?  Yes you can; before you place your order, contact us and we will give you instructions as well as our bank details.

Q: Do you have Lay-by?  Yes we do have a very flexible and simple to understand Lay-By system (see 'Lay-by' above).

Orders are individually made and dispatched within 7-10 days. 

Australia: Flat rate shipping $8. Orders are sent via Parcel Post, which has a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 working days after dispatch. 

International orders outside Australia:

We deliver orders to practically anywhere around the world. If the country you would like your order to be delivered to is not listed, please contact us. Orders are sent by 'Air Mail' by Australia Post and it will take 5-15 days for delivery depending on the country. To some countries, where Air Mail service either is not available or is not guaranteed, we will ship orders 'Express International' and will have tracking number. It is safe and secure and guarantees delivery. It will take 5-7 days for delivery, depending on the country.

Please note: When you finish adding your order into your cart, click on 'Get Shipping Quote For This Order' option (above the 'Checkout' button), then select the country and type in the Zip/Post code to find out the exact cost and the method used for posting. Shipping cost is calculated in the cart at the checkout.
