Q: Can I add ribbons on Kids or Adult size blankys?
A: Yes, you can choose to add ribbons on the bottom of the blanky just like the baby blankys.
You are able to do this on the product page (where you also select colors).
Please note: there will be additional cost for the ribbons. Baby blankys come with ribbons,
without any additional cost.
GIFT CERTIFICATES and GIFTS:
Q: Can I get the blanky delivered directly to a recipient?
A: Yes, just specify their details in the ‘Shipping Address’ section when you checkout.
Q: Do you offer gift wrap?
A: Yes, we can gift wrap and include a complimentary gift card. If you would like gift wrapping,
simply select it in the product page, before ‘adding to cart’.
Q: How does the ‘Gift Certificate’ work?
A: If you are not sure of the name of the recipient and/or the colors they might like, buying
them a 'Gift Certificate' is the best choice. All you need to do is click on the 'Gift Certificate'
link in the 'Products' menu on the left, fill in the details, 'Add to Cart' and proceed to
checkout to pay and we will email them their 'Gift Certificate' with a special code and
instructions how to use it. Then, all they need to do is visit Blanky4me.com, choose the
style and size of their blanky then proceed to checkout.
Once there, they enter their 'Gift Certificate' code to receive the amount of it in credit.
If the balance is more than the 'Gift Certificate' amount, they simply pay the balance.
If the balance is less, the remaining balance will stay as credit in their 'Gift Certificate' to use
towards future purchases.
GOLD Membership:
Q: How can I become a GOLD Member?
A: Very simple, once you make your first Blanky purchase, you will become a GOLD Member.
As a Gold Member, you will receive your personal Promo Code, which will give you 10% off
all your future purchases including SALE ITEMS.
Q: How will I know my 10% promo code?
A: After you make your first Blanky purchase, we will send you an official GOLD Member
notification, which will include your own promo code that you need to use for all your future
purchases in order to receive your GOLD Member discount.

Q: Do you have a lay-by service?
A: Yes we do have a very flexible and simple to understand Lay-By system.

ORDERING:
Q: I want a blanky that’s a little different, can you make it?
A: Yes, please contact us with what you would like and we will do our best to supply.
Q: Can I order more than one blanky with one transaction?
A: Yes, once you finalize your first blanky order, you can then ‘Add To Cart’. Then you return to
the ‘Products’ page and repeat the same. You can order as many different types or the same
blankys as you wish. When you finish, you can go to ‘Checkout’ and all your added blankys in
your cart will be together with the total cost calculated for you.
Q: Can I send blankys to different addresses with the same transaction?
A: Please note that only one delivery address can be given for delivery. If you need to send to
multiple delivery addresses then you need to do a separate checkout for each delivery
address.
PAYMENT:
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Payment can be made safe and secure through PayPal. Payment is easy - after providing
shipping details, you finalise your purchase and are taken to PayPal's website to pay.
After payment you are directed back to our website.
Q: Is there an alternative way to pay for my order besides PayPal?
A: If you do not wish to pay through PayPal, please contact us and we will try to assist you with
another option.
PERSONALIZED Blankys:
Q: How does personalized blanky work?
A: A personalized blanky is where you choose up to 10 (ten) letters or characters to be sewn on
the blanky. You can choose to personalize only on one side of the blanky or on both sides.
Q: Can I personalize a different name on each side?
A: Yes, you can treat each side as an individual personalizatioan. You can personalize a different
name or phrase on each side. You can even personalize different languages on each side.

Q: Will my personal information be safe?
A: Absolutely, none of the information you provide will ever be released to any other party.

Q: Do I have to register?
A: Registering and login is not essential if you are only browsing. However, When you make a
purchase you will need to register in order to complete your transaction.

SHIPPING:
Q: Do you send blanky orders outside Australia?
A: Yes, we deliver orders practically anywhere around the world. If the country you would like
your order to be delivered to is not listed, please contact us.
Q: How long till I receive my blanky order?
A: Orders are individually made and posted within 7-10 days.
In Australia, orders are sent ‘Registered’ by Australia Post and it will take 1-4 working days
for delivery.
International orders outside Australia:
To most countries, orders are sent by 'Air Mail' by Australia Post and it will take 5-15 days
for delivery depending on the country. To some countries, where Air Mail service either is not
available or is not guaranteed, we will ship orders 'Express International' and will have
tracking number. It is safe and secure and guarantees delivery. It will take 5-7 days for
delivery, depending on the country.

SIZES & SPECIFICATIONS:
Q: What are the measurements of your blankys?
A: We offer three different sizes for waffle fleece blankys:
BABY: 76 x 100cm / 30" x 40" - It is the perfect size for a cot, car, Pram, and also to use
as a play rug on the floor. Recommended for newborn to three year olds.
The baby size blanky is also a perfect size to order for your pet.
KIDS: 100 x 155cm / 40" x 61" - Great for 3-8 year olds. Lays nicely on a single bed,
excellent for a picnic, camping or as a throw rug/knee rug.
ADULT: 155 x 180cm / 61" x 71" - Great for older kids to adults. Fits generously on a
single bed and comfortably on a double bed.
Please note: The Polar Fleece blankys also come in three sizes, but they are slightly smaller
than the waffle fleece.
WAFFLE FLEECE Fabric:
Q: Is waffle fleece fabric machine washable?
A: Yes – it’s 100% polyester, easily machine washable and takes only a short time to dry.
The fabric will not run, fade or shrink.
WISH LIST:
Q: What can I use my wish list for?
A: If you choose to save your selection, you can use it:
1) To keep it in your records to view it whenever you wish.
2) To email your selected design to your family and friends if you need to ask for their
opinion.
You can even email it to yourself.
3) To check with the recepient if they like your selection, before you make the purchase.
4) You can have more than one design saved into your wish list and you can delete them
whenever you choose to.
